حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت بإحدى الطريقتين:

من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

• سجّل الدخول ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب ← أدخل كلمة المرور وأكّد.
• حساب المالك: يُحذف الصالون وكل بياناته (الحجوزات، الخدمات، الفريق، الإعدادات، الشعار) والزبائن الذين حجزوا عنده فقط.
• حساب الحلاق: يُحذف حساب الدخول الخاص به فقط.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

• إذا لم تعد تستطيع الدخول، أو كنت زبوناً تريد حذف بياناتك، راسلنا على admin@storescorp.com من بريدك المسجّل مع رقم هاتفك وسنحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً.

ماذا يحدث بعد الحذف

• يتم الحذف فوراً من النظام ولا يمكن استرجاعه.
• قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة حتى 30 يوماً كحد أقصى ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and data at any time in one of two ways:

Inside the app (fastest)

• Sign in → Settings → Delete account → enter your password and confirm.
• Owner account: the salon and all its data (appointments, services, team, settings, logo) and the customers who booked only with it are deleted.
• Barber account: only your own login is deleted.

By email

• If you can no longer sign in, or you are a customer who wants their data deleted, email admin@storescorp.com from your registered address with your phone number and we will delete your data within 30 days.

What happens after deletion

• Data is removed from the system immediately and cannot be recovered.
• Encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 days at most and are then deleted automatically.
